Printatel SP-NPC: thickener for textile pigment printing

Properties

• Chemical nature: acrylic copolymer in aqueous dispersion
• pH (1%): 8.0 - 10.0
• Compatibility: preliminary compatibility trials in the laboratory are recommended
• Disperses easily in water and gives smooth pastes
• Storage: at least one year in the original container, between 5 and 40 °C. If frozen, warm the container in hot water with stirring. Do not store in copper, bronze or aluminum containers

Uses

• Thickening pigment printing pastes on cotton, polyester/cotton and synthetics
• Needs no ammonia or other alkali in the printing paste
• Sharp, well-defined prints with good dry and wet fastness and a soft hand
• Changes the paste viscosity immediately and is added directly to the printing paste
