At Casdiquim and Quimincol we produce and market polyethylene wax emulsions for textile finishing that restore tear strength after resin finishing, protect fabric from needle damage in garment making, and deliver a smooth hand that never yellows, for the textile industry in Colombia and Peru.
CASDISOFT PE CONC is a concentrated, non-ionic colloidal polyethylene dispersion. It is stable in resin finishing baths, compatible with cationic, anionic and non-ionic products, does not yellow whites, and improves sewing, brushing, sueding and fabric folding behavior.
Uses
- Restores tear and abrasion resistance after resin / easy-care finishing
- Protects fabric from needle cutting and seam damage in garment making
- Smooth, full, dry hand without silicone; no yellowing on white fabrics
- Improves brushing, sueding and fabric folding on cutting tables
- Recommended for sanforized and denim finishing
- Can be combined with resins, catalysts and optical brighteners in the same bath
- Does not affect dye fastness
Properties

- pH: 9.0 – 10.0
- Dilutes easily in cold water
- Stable in hard water up to 40ºdH and pH 3.0 – 12.0
- Dosage: 5 – 20 g/l by continuous impregnation (padding)
