Casdicoat LF: fluorocarbon-free textile coating paste

Fluorocarbon-free coating paste for knife or foam application on textiles.
Properties
- Anionic synthetic resin blend with additives.
- Viscous white paste, viscosity: 5000 – 5500 cps (Brookfield LVT, 60 rpm, needle #4).
- pH (10%): 7.0 – 8.0.
- Easily dispersible in cold water with agitation.
- Does not require thickeners for application.
- Textile must be fully pre-treated and surfactant-free.
- Avoid silicone-based softeners as they reduce oil repellency.
- Free of fluorocarbon chemicals for sustainable finishing.
Uses
- Ready to apply via knife-over-air, knife-over-roll, or foaming.
- Drying temperature: 110°C.
- Curing temperature: 180°C.
