Casditol JPE New Conc: soaping agent for reactive dyeing

Properties

• Chemical nature: modified acrylic polymer
• pH (10%): 8.0 - 9.0
• Solubility: fully soluble in water; can be diluted in cold or warm water in any proportion
• Compatibility: with anionic and non-ionic products
• Stability: good in hard water up to 50 °dH, stable to pH and temperature changes and to electrolytes
• Storage: at least 12 months in the closed original container, between 5 and 40 °C

Uses

• Soaping after reactive dyeing on cotton; removes hydrolyzed dye even with salt from the dye bath still present
• Shortens the washing cycle without changing shade, fastness or brightness, especially on cotton knits and blends
• Yarn and fabric in rolled-up systems (cones, packages, beams) dyed with reactive or vat dyes
• Prevents bleeding and redeposition of unfixed dye on the white grounds of printed fabrics
• Garment soaping
• Foam-free: works in continuous and in exhaustion on jets. Best performance at pH 9.0 - 10.0
