Hydrophilic silicone softener delivering soft, smooth handle, color migration inhibition, and comfort properties.
Properties
- Colloidal dispersion of modified silicone fluid.
- Slightly cationic nature.
- Transparent viscous liquid (colorless to slightly yellow).
- pH: 4.0 – 5.0.
- Dilutes in cold water with gentle agitation.
- Compatible with cationic and non-ionic products.
- Stable in water hardness and pH range 3 – 12.
- Provides hydrophilic properties and anti-static effect.
- Does not yellow white fabrics.
- High resilience improvement in knitted and elastic fabrics.
- Enhances wash-and-wear effects and sewing properties.
Uses
- Continuous impregnation: 5 – 15 g/l CASDISOFT SQH Conc, no special drying conditions required.
- Exhaustion: 0.5 – 2% CASDISOFT SQH Conc based on fabric weight, 40 – 50°C, 30 – 40 min, pH 5 – 6.
- Recommended for natural fibers (cotton, viscose, wool) and blends with synthetics.
- Suitable for high-turbulence jet machines.
