Casdiredux 2811: laundry color removers
Household color removers take off color that transferred to a garment in the wash, or the dye of a garment that is going to be re-dyed. They are formulated with a reducing agent and an alkali such as sodium carbonate.
CASDIREDUX 2811 works as the reducing agent in these formulas. It is a powder, so it blends well into powder products and sachets. The ratio of reducing agent to alkali is adjusted in the lab for the dyes and fabrics to be treated.
CASDIREDUX 2811 is an organic reducing agent supplied as a white crystalline powder that does not absorb moisture or cake. The same job takes a smaller amount than sodium hydrosulfite.
